Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, crafted from organically farmed fruit on Paso’s West Side, bursts with refreshing notes of melon and white peach.  A crisp palate tinged with aromatics like lemongrass and lime culminates in a clean, mineral-laden finish.

Our unfiltered 2023 rosé commands attention with its pale salmon color, unveiling aromas of wet stone and tantalizing hints of kiwi. Its vibrant acidity makes it a bold choice, perfectly complementing grilled salmon or standing up to a hearty tri-tip.

Fresh flavors of pomegranate, licorice and blackberry open up to reveal deeper layers of dark chocolate, black olive and fennel leaving you with a profound and memorable experience. This wine will pair with your favorite hearty meals as well as stand on its own.

This fruit forward blend is not your typical Paso Zin. While still holding  a Zin profile, the edition of the Cabernet restrains the over-jammy characteristics of Zinfandel.

The 2021 R'Own unleashes a symphony of dark cherry, clove, pepper, bacon, and violet notes with balanced acidity.
